Our artisanal red pepper cream is prepared by hand in the traditional way as the ancients did, using fresh peppers. Sweet and very fragrant, our pepperade is a delicious accompaniment to an aperitif on small grilled toasts, or in a sauce for small bites of breaded chicken. Excellent diluted in a little olive oil and served on fresh pasta sprinkled with parmesan, you can also enjoy it with a white fish pie.
